This position is responsible for supervising all store personnel during assigned shifts to ensure operational standards are met. The Team Leader will also be responsible for opening and/or closing the store, developing and training team members, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and standard operating procedures. A key aspect of this role is creating and maintaining a high standard of customer service, resolving customer complaints, and performing various store functions to support the team.
