Deliver operational excellence by leading day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring a remarkable guest experience
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ team members, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and positivity
Drive profitability by improving systems, increasing efficiency, and supporting sales growth initiatives
Maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing environment that prioritizes both food safety and team well-being
Collaborate with leadership through weekly meetings to set goals, solve challenges, and drive overall restaurant success
