About The Position

Lead a Multidisciplinary Team Delivering Life-Changing Care as an ACT Team Leader. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Compass Health is seeking a Team Leader for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This role involves guiding a multidisciplinary group of professionals who deliver community-based behavioral health care for individuals with serious mental illness. The position offers the opportunity to lead with purpose, ensuring quality service delivery while maintaining a small clinical caseload. The role includes oversight of adult populations. Experience with co-occurring disorders and family-focused programs is a plus. ACT/STEPS programs provide wrap-around psychiatric services directly to people in their community, in their own homes. ACT/STEPS team members are comprised of professionals in psychiatry, social work, nursing, substance use disorders, supported employment, and peer support. The ACT/STEPS team provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, values integrated community-based care, and is committed to helping clients live independently and with dignity. If you’re passionate about team development, clinical excellence, and supporting high-need populations, we’d love to meet you.
