The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and achieving sales goals within a defined territory. This individual is tasked to drive sales through effective sales and marketing strategies, coordination with chain and key accounts and customer relationship management. They will manage a team of sales professionals to coordinate and monitor their sales efforts aligning individual and company goals.
