About The Position

This role is for a Team Leader, also known as a Production Supervisor, at Dan's Prize Inc. in Long Prairie, MN. The Team Leader is responsible for managing team members, leading and executing plant processes, and ensuring production and quality goals are met. This position requires ensuring appropriate resources are available to maintain production schedules and supporting continuous improvement processes to meet goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. The role also focuses on creating and maintaining an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results. Team Leaders are expected to be on their feet in the production area approximately 80% of the shift.

Requirements

1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associates Degree.
Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
