About The Position

One Vision is hiring Full-Time Team Leads for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program in Mason City. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on care with leadership responsibilities and is ready to make a direct impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a BA/BS in a human services field with 2+ years of experience
• A Medication Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy
• A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team (up to 5 Direct Support Professionals)
• Lead by example in providing daily living support: hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and medication assistance
• Help individuals manage personal finances and make independent choices
• Coach and train your team to meet One Vision's quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and accreditation guidelines
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
