Great Northern Baking Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to join their team. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years previous warehouse experience
Abide by and enforce company policies and expectations
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High School, GED or equivalent diploma
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lead a team and independently as needed
Successfully pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and staging orders for the following day based on specified quantities of multiple products
Accurately pick inventory from warehouse freezer
Organize and store picked inventory onto pallets
Operate a pallet jack, forklift, and hand jack safely
Load and receive pallets from trucks
Document lot numbers and quantities
Read and understand BOL's for both outbound and incoming products
Work with production and packaging to ensure the product needed for shipments is completed
Help get sample orders ready when needed
Maintain clean work area and warehouse
Follow and maintain food sanitation standards in work area and while performing job functions
Ability to identify different products and count out required quantities
Accurately load pallets with products and respective quantities in a speedy manner
Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership
