Dedicated to learning TOS/continuous improvement concepts and applying them to the day-to-day operation.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment
Previous mechanical experience
High School Diploma / GED and further college education a plus

Responsibilities

Fill in for primary Team Leader(s) and perform all functions of the Team leader role to include successful completion of TL Standard Work.
Plan and oversee daily workload and provide motivation and feedback to assigned team members.
Apply TOS/Lean tools on a daily basis to ensure maximum quality and efficiency for assigned team.
Train new employees, provide follow-up training, and cross training to existing employees.
Perform standard work and 5S audits to facilitate continuous improvement and lead problem solving exercises for assigned team and work with other teams to support their problem solving efforts.
