About The Position

Stronghouse is seeking experienced sales professionals to partner as Independent Roofing Sales Team Leaders. This role allows individuals to build their own business while mentoring and developing a sales team. As a Team Leader, you will perform the duties of an Independent Roofing Sales Contractor, including recruiting, training, and coaching your team. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and maximize earnings using Stronghouse's systems and resources. The company provides training materials, product knowledge, and leadership support.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proven sales experience in the roofing industry
  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated entrepreneur with the ability to work independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with homeowners
  • Willing to learn and execute company standards
  • Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
  • Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
  • Build relationships with homeowners.
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the process.
  • Manage schedule and sales pipeline independently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead by example through strong personal sales performance and professionalism.
  • Mentor, coach, and support new Independent Roofing Sales Contractors.
  • Share sales strategies, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, sales training sessions, and hands-on coaching.
  • Help team members develop confidence in prospecting, inspections, presentations, and closing sales.
  • Support recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting sales talent.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Encourage team members to meet and exceed individual goals.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for questions related to roofing systems, insurance claims, customer service, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to improve team performance and drive growth.
