About The Position
The Team Lead – Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for Interventional Radiology services at Midtown and Gateway. This role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, patient access, workflow, and process improvement to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. The Team Lead manages daily operations for IR and CT at Midtown and Gateway and coordinates RN coverage for MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine as needed to support operational and patient care needs.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical and operational leadership experience
- Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Knowledge of IR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine operations
- Skills in staff scheduling and coverage coordination
- Ability to improve patient access, throughput, and operational efficiency
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Understanding of quality and safety standards
- Collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for IR at Midtown and Gateway.
- Manage workflow for IR and CT services.
