About The Position

Litehouse Foods is seeking a full-time Team Leader to lead a production crew in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role supports safety, quality, training, and production while advancing the company’s mission of community, ownership, and excellence. The position is based in Lowell and is scheduled for the second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Starting pay is $22.59 per hour, with a $1.50-per-hour second-shift differential. Litehouse Foods manufactures refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese at four U.S. facilities. The company serves retail, e-commerce, foodservice, deli, member stores, and value-added markets, and states a commitment to its employees and operating communities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Coach team members on safety awareness and personal responsibility.
Address and resolve unsafe conditions promptly.
Communicate training needs and plans to support employee growth.
Facilitate communication between shifts and departments.
Oversee and verify production records, including HACCP records and sanitation checklists.
Lead setups and changeovers and ensure production runs within operating standards.
Conduct root cause analyses and help implement solutions to production issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely coaching on errors.
Promote a positive, supportive training experience for new hires.
Perform other duties as needed to support the department.
