About The Position

Litehouse Foods is seeking a full-time Team Leader to join their growing manufacturing team. This role involves leading a crew to improve performance in safety, quality, training, and production, while supporting the company's mission of community, ownership, and excellence. Litehouse Foods is a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, with four U.S. facilities. They are committed to their employees and the communities in which they operate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Coach team members on safety awareness and personal responsibility
• Address and resolve unsafe conditions promptly
• Support employee growth by communicating training needs and plans
• Facilitate strong communication between shifts and departments
• Oversee and verify production records (HACCP, sanitation checklists, etc.)
• Lead setups, changeovers, and ensure production runs within operating standards
• Conduct root cause analyses for issues and help implement solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely coaching on errors
• Promote a positive, supportive training experience for new hires
• Perform other duties as needed to support the department
