About The Position
The Team Leader - Post Surgical (RN) is responsible for providing care to patients, demonstrating knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Services provided by the RN include supervising care delivered, coordinating plans of care, and providing education for patients/families. This role is also responsible for collaboration, professional practice evaluation, education, and documentation involving patients, staff, and providers. The Team Leader must demonstrate leadership, professionalism, business acumen, and fiscal responsibility. They will be involved in workforce management and engagement, and will oversee hiring, unit-based orientation, scheduling, and education requirements.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
