Requirements
- At least One Year of Manufacturing Experience
- Knowledge of Press Line Operation
- Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong team-focused and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of detection of steel defects
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to operate various plant equipment
- Ability to use precise measurement devices
- Good hand dexterity and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with automation
- Trained on and able to perform all jobs on line (Material Handling, stacker Operations, Die Setting, Press Operations, and Quality Checks)
- Basic Computer Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office (Word)

- Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility
