Requirements

  • At least One Year of Manufacturing Experience
  • Knowledge of Press Line Operation
  • Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong team-focused and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of detection of steel defects
  • Ability to work in stressful situations
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to operate various plant equipment
  • Ability to use precise measurement devices
  • Good hand dexterity and mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with automation
  • Trained on and able to perform all jobs on line (Material Handling, stacker Operations, Die Setting, Press Operations, and Quality Checks)
  • Basic Computer Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office (Word)

  • Willingness to work extended and/or flexible hours as required to meet production demands
  • Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility
