About The Position

Wagner is hiring a Team Leader for our Pipe Bending Department—a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team, run equipment, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bender, fabricator, or machine operator ready to take the next step into leadership while staying close to the work.

Requirements

• Experience in pipe/tube bending, fabrication, or manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Basic math skills (fractions, measurements)
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, lead, or training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of operators to meet daily production goals
• Set schedules and assign work to keep production on track
• Operate and help set up pipe bending equipment as needed
• Train and coach team members to improve skills and performance
• Monitor quality and ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot production or equipment issues
• Track production metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
