Wagner is looking for a Lead Fabricator to step into a Team Leader role in our Pipe Bending Department. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands fabrication, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to guide a team. If you’ve been the go-to person on the floor—the one others rely on for setups, troubleshooting, and getting the job done right—this is your next step.

Requirements

• Experience in metal fabrication, pipe/tube bending, or similar processes
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, measurements, and shop math
• Proven ability to coach, train, or lead others on the floor
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of fabricators and operators
• Set up and operate pipe/tube bending equipment
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet exact specifications
• Troubleshoot tooling, material, and production issues
• Train and mentor team members on processes and best practices
• Help plan daily production and keep work flowing efficiently
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and organization
