Team Leader- Panel Processing|1st Shift|4-Day Workweek
About The Position
Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a Team Leader to join our Panel Processing team. This position provides leadership and support to employees operating CNC and other production equipment to manufacture wood and laminated panel products. If you have CNC machine and leadership experience, we want to recognize the skills you already bring to the table! Your experience may qualify you for placement above the starting hourly rate. We evaluate your experience and skills to determine where you fit within our pay range. This role involves working four 10-hour days in a CNC-focused manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of related work experience (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
- Performs and assists with the production duties of the department
- Understands and follows the work center schedule
- Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance
- Reports issues that cause the team’s performance to be compromised
- Provides training to both new and progressing team members
- Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member’s ideas are both solicited and listened to
- Other duties as assigned
