This job is a first-level supervisor position, supervising ~10-25 employees. The role involves providing direct supervision and training to employees (Quality Support 1-3) to effectively perform their assignments. The Team Leader will plan working shifts, review defects, prepare reports, notify teams for correction, and drive for solutions. They will also monitor and review performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions of Quality Inspectors, and escalate quality incidents as necessary. Additionally, the role requires reviewing Quality Instructions and providing feedback to Quality Engineers.
