About The Position

The Team Leader leads designated team(s) responsible for the overall production of Mako, Ranger, and Hatteras boats. This role involves working with the production supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks. The Team Leader assesses production needs to plan work assignments, collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments, and delegates assignments based on team members’ skills and experience. They also assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems and inspect work performed by team members.

Requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to identify issues and to determine problem solving steps that are needed.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory.

Nice To Haves

Former Apprenticeship or associates degree preferred
One-year industrial manufacturing experience preferred
