PT Team Leader - Keyholder - New Store Opening
About The Position
This is an opportunity to be part of a new store opening from the very beginning. As a founding team member for the newest Vera Bradley store, you will help create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for guests. As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you will support store leadership in achieving sales goals by working alongside store associates, providing daily direction, communication, and training. You will motivate the team to provide an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty with every customer interaction, and serve as a brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. You are committed to making the world a brighter place through every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Retail experience and/or prior management experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing, and peak business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by working with the team to exceed sales goals, drive store traffic, convert customers, execute community and customer outreach efforts, and promote campaigns to drive brand awareness and build lasting customer relationships.
- Motivate and inspire the team by channeling Vera Bradley’s core values.
- Suggest products to fit each customer’s unique needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
- Execute and innovate daily operational procedures.
- Support the team in maintaining visual standards.
- Ensure the store is always an organized and inviting environment for the customer.
- Be reliable, uphold Vera Bradley’s core values, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
