About The Position
Rainforest Carwash is seeking a full-time Team Leader in Training for our Florence location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team. The company is rapidly growing, offering opportunities for advancement and leadership positions. As a Team Leader in Training, you will learn the day-to-day operations of the car wash and develop the skills necessary to lead a successful team. The position is outdoors and fast-paced, emphasizing teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Nice To Haves

- Some mechanical inclination (training provided on car wash equipment)
Responsibilities
- Learn the day-to-day operations of the car wash.

- Provide an excellent experience for customers through teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail.
