About The Position
Rainforest Carwash of Slidell is seeking a candidate for Team Leader Trainee. We are looking for someone with previous management experience (preferably in a retail setting) that can manage one of our locations. As you learn to manage one of our stores, you will be eligible for increases in salary and bonus pay. Here you will be an important member of a growing team. We are here to help you grow and provide you with the tools necessary for your success. It's our belief that a company is only as good as its employees. Requirements
- Previous management experience (preferably in a retail setting)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft tools and general computer skills
- Previous experience managing a business, hiring employees, and handling cash
Nice To Haves
- Basic electrical or mechanical experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Train to run the day to day operations of the facility
