As a Team Lead on the Engagement Center team, you’ll play a pivotal role by partnering with the Team Managers, QA and the Director, to whom they will report directly, to provide coaching, employee development and direct day-to-day support. In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Team Lead role, we are seeking a candidate with proven understanding of the Financial Advisory functions who can do the work of an Advisor, as needed, to help in high volume times. This individual will need to be able to analysis data using team reporting, help with client escalations, and recognize advisor deficiencies.
