As an Environmental Services Team Leader, you'll lead daily operations, support team members, and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital.

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience required
• Act 34

Nice To Haves

• HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Prefer leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Environmental Services Aides staff to ensure daily assignments are completed efficiently.
• Inspect patient rooms, public areas, and equipment to maintain exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support and guide team members while serving as a resource for problem-solving and daily operations.
• Communicate with nursing units and other departments to meet environmental and patient care needs.
• Monitor supplies and equipment to keep teams fully equipped for success.
• Step into a supervisory role when needed and help maintain smooth department operations.
