About The Position

A successful Crew Leader on the DTC team will be responsible for overseeing the DTC crew tasks such as pulling and packaging products from online ordering systems in a timely, safe, and secure way. This position supervises a team but does not directly manage employees.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and ability to give constructive feedback to crews.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Strong organizational skills including time management.
• Proven basic math skills required.
• Must be able to adapt to multiple different job situations daily.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, and seek solutions to problems.
• Detailed-oriented, accurate, dependable, able to multitask, and be a team player.
• Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required.
• Ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unaided and regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain certification to drive low-speed vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DTC crew for accurate, safe, and timely execution of daily tasks.
• Ensure quality standards met on products prior to orders being packaged for shipment.
• Motivate crew to be productive and efficient.
• Helping other Crew Leaders and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
