About The Position

This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position for a Team Leader in Deliveries. The role involves managing and performing various warehouse and delivery-related tasks to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Positive attitude when working with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a distribution center required
Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures

Responsibilities

Stock all cages with merchandise
Monitor all cages to ensure cleanliness, proper merchandise placement, and trash disposal
Label merchandise with destinations using a scan gun
Monitor tickets for deliveries to be pulled
Remove damaged merchandise and take it to the repair shop
Maintain a clean warehouse area
Open merchandise
Move items off unloading belts
Perform maintenance of all cages
Remove trash from the work area
Sweep work area
Use safe knife, dolly, and flat cart procedures
Report disciplinary actions to the department manager
Use proper lifting techniques
Assist other departments in the warehouse as needed
Check daily closing assignments and responsibilities
Utilize excellent customer relations with internal and external customers
Perform any other duties as directed by management
