About the CPRC Program: CPRC is a case management focused program that provides individuals with support to live an independent life in the community. Through a variety of multidisciplinary services that clients can choose from including medication management, therapy, group therapy, health and wellness support, employment services and transportation support, clients can develop skills, access resources and learn ways to manage their emotional and physical health.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a full-time schedule (40-hours per week) Monday to Friday 8:30Aam to 5:00Pm; all new hires are required to attend a one-week ReDiscover orientation as part of the onboarding process.
  • A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, psychiatric nursing, counseling, or other related mental health fields would qualify for licensure in the State of Missouri.
  • Candidates licensed in the State of Missouri which includes: Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is highly preferred.
  • Active Provisional Counselor license (PLPC) through the state of Missouri or a Master Social Worker license (LMSW) with registered supervision with the Missouri Division of Professional Registration for licensure as a Clinical Social Worker may be considered.
  • Two (2) years of experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.
  • Previous experience with and/or willingness to work with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) required.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.
  • Acts with integrity by observing ReDiscover policy/procedures, accreditation standards, laws, and ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Engages and actively participates in agency and external committees relevant to program needs
  • Leads, fosters, and elicits creative thinking and planning in program and/or community development
  • Identifies barriers and actively works to remove them to enhance service provision and program development/sustainment
  • Works to expand and develop network of engaged partners to enhance service provision
  • Identifies needs within agency/department and implements best practices
  • Evaluates program outcomes and directs changes to improve outcomes, client satisfaction and community satisfaction
  • Provides oversight and direction to staff to engage and align with them in achieving program outcomes
  • Recommends, implements, and measures action based on outcome data, best practice research and agency recommendations
  • Oversees and monitors fiscal responsibility of the program to ensure financial viability
  • Researches, identifies and implements best practice solutions within the program
  • Provides clear individual and group supervision to staff to meet department goals and service needs.
  • Develops a clinically sound, team approach for all staff
  • Identifies, problem solves and removes barriers for staff so tasks can be completed more effectively and efficiently
  • Brings new creative/evidenced based ideas to the staff to increase their clinical skills.
  • Creates a trauma informed, strengths-based work environment
  • Other duties as assigned.
