Team Leader - Commercial Lines
About The Position
Primarily focused on managing and overseeing tools and resources which elevate client consulting teams' abilities and expertise. Concentrated on developing best practices relating to practice area data analysis, population management, cohort development, and other data organization strategies that provide meaningful results and enhance client outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Oversight of practice area analytics tools, resources, and key vendor relationships; Managing client implementation best practices; Liaising with regional sales, marketing, consulting, and client service; and providing training, workshops, and webinars. Role incumbent(s) articulate data analytics warehousing capabilities and serve as the region's foremost subject expert on emerging trends, data presentation strategies, and other best practices to elevate Gallagher's consulting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required with exposure to payer or brokerage environments
- Strong project management skills
- Superior Excel and data analysis skills
