About The Position

As a Team Leader, Central Relationship Managers (C-RMs), you will lead a team of C-RMs who’s role is to engage with current and potential wealth management clients via a diverse set of communications channels (phone, email, text) to deepen relationships and set appointments on behalf of Wealth Management Team (WMT) partners. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of trust with C-RM Associates to empower their success within the C-RM role and support their development for future career advancement opportunities. In addition, you will serve as the C-RM leader liaison within geographically aligned Wealth markets. In this capacity, you will work with other WMT function leaders to foster best practices and drive consistency in our standards of care for clients and Associates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with understanding of client service, operations, and business processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Series 63, 7, 9, 10 licenses required prior to hire
  • Your outstanding mentoring and leadership skills, and ability to empower associates to grow and develop
  • Your ability to effectively coach others, helping build critical skills that allows them to achieve their full potential
  • Your ability to help build a C-RM talent pipeline and support the hiring and onboarding of new C-RMs
  • Your relationship expertise, leading with empathy and enhancing team cohesion
  • Your knowledge of financial products, guidance, and solutions
  • Your ability to partner with peers locally and nationally to maintain a culture of collaboration, success and reward
  • Your experience with regulatory and compliance practices and rules
  • Proven ability to drive business results and solve complex problems
  • Cross-functional business acumen and ability to integrate multiple goals and priorities
  • Curiosity as a data driven leader who brings a sense of urgency and optimism to driving improvement.
  • Demonstrated strength in managing change, including communications that foster desired culture and outcomes.
