Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years of Maintenance experience
  • Background in PLC

Responsibilities

  • Leads the activities of maintenance associates on a daily basis (distributing planned work, deploying appropriate personnel to address emergency work, monitoring completion/quality of work, identifying/addressing safety concerns/at risk behaviors and scheduling daily/weekend overtime work).
  • Partners with Manufacturing Team Leader/Team Members to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Develops and executes plans to improve maintenance systems.
  • Provides ongoing substantive feedback and annual formal reviews with maintenance associates.
  • Leads root cause failure analysis for equipment downtime.
  • Participates in training and other developmental activities.
  • Lead and help execute Operational Excellence (C-WoW) initiatives and improvements.
  • Establish long and short-term improvement plans for Maintenance groups assigned.
  • Leads activities of Maintenance associates, develops/drives equipment reliability plans, manages a budget in areas of responsibility, and oversees the development of maintenance personnel.
  • Leads technical troubleshooting as needed.
