About The Position

Battle House Laser Tag in Wake Forest is looking for a full-time Team Lead to help run awesome laser tag experiences for our guests. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized during busy shifts, and likes leading a small team. If you have experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, recreation, coaching, entertainment, or supervising a small team, we would love to hear from you. This is not traditional laser tag with plastic vests and one basic game mode. Battle House is a tactical, mission-based laser tag experience with realistic equipment, large indoor arenas, and high-energy gameplay. Our Team Leads help make sure every group has a safe, exciting, and memorable visit.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Dependable and ready to work as part of a team
  • Able to lead by example and help keep the shift moving
  • Comfortable working with kids, teens, adults, and large groups
  • Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

  • Some leadership, coaching, training, or shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead guests through check-in, safety rules, equipment instructions, and gameplay
  • Help manage the flow of games and keep sessions running on time
  • Provide excellent customer service to families, birthday parties, corporate groups, and walk-in players
  • Support and coach team members during shifts
  • Help keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for guests
  • Handle busy moments with confidence, energy, and a positive attitude
  • Make sure guests have fun while following safety rules
