About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role is crucial in supporting the Club Manager and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and overall club environment. The Team Lead plays a key part in staff training, member service, and maintaining the club's positive image and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in training and developing staff.
Assist in member service oversight, ensuring all staff provide great customer experience.
Perform front desk related tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, and assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
Greet and provide gym tours to potential members.
Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
Assist with team member management and provide backup support to the Club Manager.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
Assist in overseeing the cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring team members are aware of and trained on current marketing promotions.
Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and tracking reports.
