Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience

Responsibilities

Leading daily shift operations and helping the team meet performance goals
Setting the pace by modeling excellent customer service and professionalism
Coaching team members on service, sales, and operational expectations
Promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships and premium services
Assisting with customer questions and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
Opening or closing the site when assigned
Monitoring wash equipment and communicating maintenance needs
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility for customers and employees
Tracking operational metrics such as sales, memberships, vehicle counts, and shift activities
Supporting inventory management and daily operational tasks
Creating a positive, energetic environment where teammates can succeed
