About The Position
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking exceptional individuals with leadership qualities to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to learn how to lead a team and manage a car wash facility. The role involves assisting with site operations, setting an example for the team, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment. Requirements

- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
