About The Position

Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at their shop in Lime Ridge Mall. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. This role will guide the staff but will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Success in this role comes from the ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment. This permanent full-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Candidates must be able to work full time on an ongoing basis, as this is a permanent role.

Requirements

Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
Self-motivated and driven for results.
Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
