About The Position

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to support the Office of the Secretary of War Prototyping and Experimentation office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, well-organized, and possess exceptional communication skills, with experience working with Senior Military Officers and engaging with Senior Military Officials at the 3-Star and Above Level. The Team Lead will provide leadership to a team focused on establishing experimental capabilities as an Army Program of Record and serve as the OSW P&E POC for coordinating critical capabilities' participation in Army Experimentation exercises. The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of OSW or Joint Staff, PEOs, and experience coordinating across multiple Senior Staffs and Services. The selected candidate must maintain a Secret security clearance, work independently, and be willing to travel in support of OSW P&E Projects. Completion of a defense Senior Service College is required, and successful completion of Army O6 Level command is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Must maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Must work without daily guidance and supervision.
  • Willing to travel in support of OSW P&E Project.
  • Completion of a defense Senior Service College is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall team direction and guidance, including managing resources to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate the transition of OSW P&E programs and capabilities into Army programs of record by engaging key stakeholders within the Army.
  • Coordinate and refine formal Army requirements documents for OSW P&E programs, such as Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Directed Requirement, or Initial Capability Documents (ICD), working closely with PAE AVN, CPE UAS, FCC HQs, and user representatives.
  • Assist with the development and coordination of transition documentation for the formal handoff of capabilities to an Army Program of Record or equivalent acquisition sponsor, ensuring transitions are clearly defined and executable.
  • Coordinate the participation of capabilities in technology demonstrations/exercises in support of transition operations.
  • Participate in the hiring process, in conjunction with ESD leadership, to establish the team.
  • Interface with the PM/technical customers/Government COR to address and resolve all issues that may surface during the project.
