About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at their shop in St. Albert Shopping Centre. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. This role involves guiding staff, driving sales, and engaging with customers in a team environment. The position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
