About The Position

You will be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children. You will take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school. You will ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Experience leading a classroom
• Experience implementing lesson plans
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Nice To Haves

• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree
• CDA

Responsibilities

• Mentoring new hires and fellow Teachers
