About The Position

Responsible for leading and coordinating the daily Service & Export Parts operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and in compliance with company procedures while supporting safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Supports supervisor on managing activity/workflow related to Service/Exports, monitors workflow and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands. Ensures all priority orders are completed and shipped on the same day. Communicates any known deficiencies in order fulfillment to supervisor. Responsible for printing, organizing, and distributing workload to the team. Supports supervisor on planning work schedule to meet customer ship dates. Ensures that all the required documentation and computer entries are completed accurately to meet Service/Exports shipping schedules. Tracks productivity and communicates daily goals and expectations to the team. Provides training and support to employees in the warehouse processes. Assists with problem-solving and escalation of operational issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively direct activities of subordinate associates.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draws valid conclusions.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management.
  • Must possess excellent personal drive with a passion for exceeding customer fulfillment levels.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations creatively
  • Positive team engagement and communication.
