Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience. This role involves assisting in training and developing staff, overseeing member service to ensure great customer experiences, and handling various front desk tasks. The Team Lead will also assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates, provide gym tours to potential members, facilitate member service issues, and support team member management and the Club Manager as needed. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to company policies, helps maintain a positive club image, oversees cleanliness, assists with marketing efforts and promotions, and manages supply orders and inventory.
