Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain and a leader in the industry, founded in 2004. We are seeking talented individuals with leadership qualities to join our team. The Team Leader role assists with the facility's operations and sets an example for the team by exceeding expectations and supporting management. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to manage a car wash and advance within the company, with a clear career path to management positions.

Requirements

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
