Responsibilities
- Keep the ship sailing smoothly with overall site cleanliness
- Reinforce our Bluewave uniform standards and keep our team looking sharp and professional.
- Dive into tasks assigned by the Site Leader with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Become a Bluewave expert and assist in training our team members on our awesome products
- Take the helm of guest relations and membership information, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
- Lead your team by example, creating a wave of positivity and teamwork that's unstoppable.
- Master all onsite job duties with finesse and precision
