Team Lead for Cleaning Company
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations and help ensure all assigned facilities are cleaned to company standards. Requirements
- Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work evening hours and occasional weekends.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background screening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of cleaning employees.
- Assign and monitor daily cleaning duties.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and any issues.
- Train and assist employees as needed.
- Follow all company safety and cleaning procedures.
