Position Summary Our Team Lead reports to the Operations Coach and is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality production and logistics operations during their assigned shift. This role drives performance through team leadership, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to PADNOS values and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • 6+ months of experience operating heavy equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Leads by example and supports team development
  • Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Champion and reinforce PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules to ensure a safe work environment
  • Partner with the Operations Coach to evaluate workflows and implement improvements that increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead process improvements and apply effective problem-solving to address operational challenges
  • Communicate clearly on mission-critical information and escalate risks appropriately
  • Maintain working knowledge of buying, switching, and inventory management to support operational continuity
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and strengthen team performance
  • Drive results by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, fairness, and high performance
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all operations
  • Support yard operations, including operating heavy equipment, as needed
