Position Summary Our Team Lead reports to the Operations Coach and is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality production and logistics operations during their assigned shift. This role drives performance through team leadership, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to PADNOS values and safety standards.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
2+ years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
6+ months of experience operating heavy equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Leads by example and supports team development
Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

Champion and reinforce PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules to ensure a safe work environment
Partner with the Operations Coach to evaluate workflows and implement improvements that increase efficiency and productivity
Lead process improvements and apply effective problem-solving to address operational challenges
Communicate clearly on mission-critical information and escalate risks appropriately
Maintain working knowledge of buying, switching, and inventory management to support operational continuity
Train, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and strengthen team performance
Drive results by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, fairness, and high performance
Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all operations
Support yard operations, including operating heavy equipment, as needed
