About The Position

Mulberry is opening a brand-new store and is looking for an inspiring Team Lead to join from November 1st. This role is key in supporting the team and creating an exceptional customer experience from day one. It's a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, contribute to the success of a new Mulberry store, and be part of an exciting period of growth for the brand. At Mulberry, Supervisors are called Team Leads because people and customer experience are at the heart of everything they do. To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about supporting and developing others, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and committed to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for customers and the team.

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
