About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts. The role is described as a leadership-development opportunity with potential for advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other roles. Team Leads serve as the go-to person on shift, helping the store run smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with opportunities for increases with training. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
