What You’ll Do as a Team Lead:
As a Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on shift. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. You will:

* Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Lead and motivate team members
* Ensure outstanding customer service
* Help make pizzas and prepare food
* Handle cash and basic store operations
* Train and develop new team members
* Support daily store goals and standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
