The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role built for high-potential individuals ready to step up. This role involves rotating through key operational areas such as Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, gaining real responsibility, leadership experience, and the skills to run a shift effectively. The Team Lead will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when General Managers or Operations Managers are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability. This role requires proactive, on-the-floor leadership, coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments. The Team Lead will also step into any operational area as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational flow, and deliver timely communication of guest issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to the Management Team. Key responsibilities include driving membership and program sales, creating memorable guest interactions, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring the cleanliness and operational readiness of the park. The role also includes specific leadership duties within rotational areas: Sales & Service (driving front desk performance, membership sales, and guest satisfaction), Parties & Events (overseeing event execution, managing scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities), and F&B & Facilities (managing cafe inventory, ensuring health and safety standards, overseeing equipment maintenance, and leading facilities projects). Some locations may offer a Part-time Flex Lead role primarily available on weekends to drive service and engagement, rotating as needed to cover breaks and time off for other Leads.
