About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities to join their team. The Team Leader position offers an opportunity to learn about running a car wash and provides a path for professional development and advancement to management roles. This role involves assisting with facility operations, providing customer service, and setting an example for the team.

Requirements

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations.
• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
