Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role involves assisting in training and developing staff, overseeing member service to ensure great customer experiences, and performing front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, taking info calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information. The Team Lead will also greet and provide tours to potential members, facilitate member service issues, assist with team member management, and provide backup support to the Club Manager. Additionally, the role requires ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining a positive club image, overseeing cleanliness and appearance, and assisting in managing marketing efforts and promotions. Ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and tracking reports are also part of the responsibilities.
